Endline Assessment and Final Evaluation of the “Resilient Communities” Project – Oxfam

RAI Consult successfully conducted the Endline Assessment and Final Evaluation of the “Resilient Communities” project, implemented by Oxfam and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) across the Gaza Strip and the Jordan Valley.

The assignment combined a comprehensive endline study with an independent evaluation aligned with the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, assessing the project’s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and cross-cutting dimensions including gender equality, disability inclusion, disaster risk reduction (DRR), resilience, conflict sensitivity, and the humanitarian-development nexus.

The evaluation generated evidence-based findings, practical recommendations, and strategic lessons to inform future resilience programming in protracted crisis settings.
