Final Evaluation – Adolescents and Youth (AYs) for GREEN: Gaza Economy Resilience and Environment
RAI Consult completed the Final Evaluation of the “Adolescents and Youth (AYs) for GREEN: Gaza Economy Resilience and Environment” project, implemented by Save the Children in partnership with SYFS, WeWorld, and ILS-LEDA, with funding from the European Union through INTPA – International Partnerships (European Commission). Covering the period from September 2021 to December 2025, the evaluation assessed the project’s performance, achievements, adaptation, and sustainability in the Gaza Strip. It applied a mixed-methods approach and the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, with particular attention to the project’s suspension following October 2023 and its subsequent adaptive redesign under conflict conditions.
