RAI Consult conducted an independent evaluation of the Nour Orphans Program, implemented by Taawon, to assess its first-year performance, measure outcomes, and develop a ten-year strategic roadmap. The study presents a long-term vision for transitioning from humanitarian assistance to an integrated, evidence-based model of child protection, recovery, and sustainable development for orphaned children in Gaza.
