- Conduct rapid and detailed technical damage assessments for municipal and WASH infrastructure.
- Deploy engineering-led field teams to assess structural and non-structural damage using standardized classification frameworks.
- Collect geo-referenced data (GPS, photos) using digital tools (e.g., Kobo).
- Classify damage severity (minor, major, destroyed) and assess safety, usability, and rehabilitation needs.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and triangulation with secondary sources and partner data.
- Develop GIS maps and spatial analysis of damage distribution.
- Produce prioritization matrices to support rehabilitation and reconstruction planning.
- Deliver comprehensive technical reports with findings, cost implications, and actionable recommendations.
