Save the Children – TPM Framework Agreement

Save the Children International signed a one-year framework agreement with RAI Consult (June 2025 – June 2026) to provide Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) services across the Gaza Strip. This agreement responds to the high-risk operating environment, where direct access and reliable feedback mechanisms are limited.

Objectives

  • Independently monitor and validate Save the Children’s and partners’ project activities.

  • Provide evidence-based findings to improve program quality, accountability, and compliance.

  • Capture community feedback to strengthen responsiveness and transparency.

Components

  • Regular field and remote monitoring visits, including observation, spot-checks, and post-distribution monitoring.

  • Data validation of beneficiaries and activity implementation using SCI’s tools (e.g., KoBo).

  • Accountability checks through focus group discussions, exit interviews, and community feedback.

  • Timely reporting with actionable recommendations to SCI’s MEAL/Accountability teams.
