A study on Enhancement of E-learning Methodologies in Palestinian Universities – The i-CARE Project “Increasing the Conformance of Academia towards Rehabilitation Engineering”. Funded under the European Union’s Erasmus+ program in cooperation with UCAS.
In order to properly and successfully adapt to online teaching and learning, a series of actions that can stimulate and facilitate its adaptation to this new type of teaching must be taken. In this regard, its planned to design a capacity building program after the validation and discussion of the concluded gaps and with a sample of lecturers. The capacity building program aimed to stimulate teachers’ performance and implicitly the quality of the educational process.
The designed capacity building program should consider the following aspects:
- The new modern technologies in the e-learning.
- The actual needs of the university staff.
- The current used systems in the universities.
