Developing “O & M” plan and web-based monitoring system for public WASH facilities in the Gaza Strip. Implemented by Oxfam in cooperation with CMWU.

• Establish database integrated with a Real-time Web-based monitoring system for WASH facilities;
• Identify the information flow needs and responsibilities for supervision, monitoring and analyzing all O&M activities; including developing all-level information flow charts (Senior, middle and operational management);
• Train assigned staff on the established web-based monitoring system and reporting concept.
• Review the existing planning and monitoring tools (protocols, store keeping, manning schedules, etc.) for planned and emergency works and adapted them for use in the real time web-based monitoring system
